The purpose of this box is to collect together memories and other memorabilia from the recipient’s mayoral year. The print/cut guides were created for using my guidance of alterations I requested, such as holes that served as handles, while I designed the print to fit into these guides. This design included photographs provided by the client, typeface sourcing and vector icons resembling links in the mayoral chains. Pictured is the outside face, which contained most of the artwork, but there was also an inside face, primarily for the underside of the lid.
